May 15 2024 Me and my husband bring the car to Nissan of Torrance just for 15,000 miles oil change my car only 2 years old in really new conditions. That will cost us about $ 29 dollars. After 2 hr of waiting we got our car back drove home. I noticed the oil icon on the car screen start flashing. by the time we got home engine light flashing so we call back to the dealer shop and asking the bring the car back and I was asking is that ok to drive because this is not normal the answer we don't know Just bring your car back by the time we 1 mile from the shop our car got heavy noise and engine full of smoke and stop in the midele of 4 lane street with heavy morning traffic car stuck for 30 minutes without help for the shop even we call and scare until we try to move slowly to Mcdonal near by my husband walk to the shop asked for help after 45 minutes. When we got to the shop manager and the team say they didn't proper close the knope under the car after oil change so it cause all the oil leak and engine burned with no oil in the engine. Please responsible for what you have done to the damage. More
