Hello Faviola, thank you for taking the time to write such a wonderful review for Marcell. Your feedback on this review leads me to believe that the 1-star review was an error. I know I had replied to a small survey you had filled out and expressed that the rating and survey were a reflection of the service provided by Marcell. We understood your concerns and did address them with our GM and Sales Managers as we do not condone of that behavior from any of our employees/departments.
