I did speak with Rick regarding your feedback, and he mentioned that we were diagnosing a misfire of multiple cyls; however, your independent mechanic who referred you back to us as he could not diagnose it after he changed the plugs and coil packs per our recommendation. We are truly disappointed that you are still experiencing issues. Rick did state that we offered to scan it, please contact him if you would like to proceed.
