We understand that being quoted $1000 can be unsettling; however, it is our responsibility to make the necessary recommendations to keep your vehicle running in tip top shape. If you feel that you were provided the wrong quote as you mentioned a CVT engine, we would be happy to revise it, if there was any mistake on our end, we are happy to correct it. We also understand your frustration as you stated that you had to wait an additional half hour for your vehicle to be brought out. For routine maintenance such as an oil change it is not feasible for us to cover the cost of Uber/Lyft rides. This policy allows us to maintain competitive pricing and ensures that we can continue providing quality service to all our customers.
