Horrible experience my service advisor Chris had a terrible attitude very abrasive and standoffish he definitely needs to be trained properly on how to behave clients . The only good person at my experience there was the young Latina lady who was the cashier or the receptionist that sets up rides with Lyft or Uber . Very nice and helpful. She went out of her way to find my vehicle and help the porter to move cars reported back to me that my vehicle was blocked in and they are moving other vehicles to get my vehicle out . More
Took my son’s car to get a routine service with Chris as our Service Advisor. Very knowledgeable and easy going. Only discussed what we needed and didn’t try to upsell us on anything. Plus, they washed are our Service Advisor. Very knowledgeable and easy going. Only discussed what we needed and didn’t try to upsell us on anything. Plus, they washed are car after the service.
