Went for the promotion for the oil change and tire rotation. Also my car is a recall as well, I was concerned about an engine light being on and was told by staff they would check my car overall . I have to share my experience with this dealership. I am a former employee but they dealership has gone through a shake up for the better. The their service staff were attentive and surprisingly polite I am a former employee but they dealership has gone through a shake up for the better. The their service staff were attentive and surprisingly polite. They listened to my wife concerns and accurately documented her concerns. When we got the diagnosis, it was explained to her in a manner she understood and felt comfortable. They made recommendations that were associated with the needed repairs and in no way did she distrust. Any place that can make my wife feel safe has my best. Thank you Nissan of Torrance. More
