I gave them a couple hours notice.Guess they werent really interested in it being sold.So i sit down with jesee who ran my credit and comes back telling me there is $2000 Worth of dealer add ons such as tinted windows wheel locks and alarm.Why didnt they tell me that before they ran my credit.The old bait and hook tactic used to get you to dealership and then charge you $1000s of dollars extra to make sale.Avoid this dealership at all costs unless you got money to throw away. More

Early termination my butt I had fairly decent experience with this dealership in the past but my last lease has been a night mare. I got a letter from the dealer saying to brin I had fairly decent experience with this dealership in the past but my last lease has been a night mare. I got a letter from the dealer saying to bring my altima in and pick a new car even though my lease hadnt ended yet early termination. After speaking with the salesman and selecting a car i was told i wouldnt have no out of pocket expenses so I started a new lease on a nissan sentra. 3 months later i got a letter from Nissan with a charge of $533 due and payable. I contacted the salesman and he told me he would take care of it and that his GSM would handle it for me. It has been 3 months so i just called Nissan acceptance today and was told that they have no record of the dealership even contacting them and to please send in the money before they have to send to collection. More
Terrible service I called to make an appointment to return my leased car. They told me that no appointment was needed, just to come in. So I did. Worst case of bait and switch in modern history. I called about a car i found online, talked to Greg and he told me that the car was on the lot. I told him that i would be driving 100 miles each way I called about a car i found online, talked to Greg and he told me that the car was on the lot. I told him that i would be driving 100 miles each way so i wanted to be certain the car i wanted and that they had listed was there. He assured me that it was on the lot. Maggie who is the internet sales person called back and she wanted to verify again what i wanted and if they had it there.. After she could not locate the car at night she told me she would call in the morning to verify the one i wanted was actually on the lot. Next day she called back and said it was there and to come down to get it. Well long story short i get there and the car was not even close to the one i asked about and the one that 2 employees on 2 different days told me was there. They had a few reasons and stories as to why i was lied to and mislead, but no one would take responsibility. The fault originated with people that were either already fired or were getting ready to leave according to them. And when i stopped them mid way through the B.S. and asked who should be held accountable, they had nothing but a blank look on their faces. So they let me drive 200 miles total to try and pull a bait and switch on me. By far the worst experience and the most incompetent staff I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. It is people like this that give car salesmen a bad reputation and anyone thinking of doing business with them should be wary. Integrity and customer service are words not in their vocabulary. More
