Each time I go it's a 2-3 hour wait. Last visit on 10/14 was an 8 hour wait. Horrible experience. I was offered a Lyft, it never came. Friendly but not very efficient. Service departament hours changed from 7am to 8am for opening. Took too long to turnover the car. Was not given an estimate.
