My overall experience was much better and easier than I thought. David sold me my car and he was very attentive and was very patient and kind. Poor service. No info given for how long oil change would be (2 hrs, btw). When the oil change was done, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes bc they failed to tell me my car was being washed, which was no be (2 hrs, btw).
