The salesman, Steve (kiwi seems a bit demeaning), was very nice and helpful, and not pushy or overbearing. The only area he could improve on is having a mote detailed knowledge of the vehicles. The sales manager, Chris, was also very nice and helpful, however he did not present me will all available financing options (choice of lender, need for downpayment, etc). For example, he asked if I was certain that I wanted to use my credit union, Onpoint. I stated that it was my preference to use them, but if another lender had a better deal, I would go with that. I later found out from Onpoint that he never ran my loan application through their system.... This limited my options and I did not get the best possible terms and interest rate. Our experience was one of the best we have had in buying a new vehicle. Peter did a great job informing us about the vehicle and its options and how they worked. Steve Neilson and Rustom Nissan were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend their dealership to friends. There was some issue with the quality fo the lease signing. I have not ever had a better experience in buying a car than I did at Nissan of Portland. Un beleievable customer service. In fact I had a trade in that I could not find the title to. If I didnt find it, i than I did at Nissan of Portland. Un beleievable customer service. In fact I had a trade in that I could not find the title to. If I didnt find it, it would have cost me five hundred dollars. Jeff the guy who sold me the car CAME OVER to my house and helped me find the title..so i was not out five hundred!!!!! I was looking for a used Nissan Versa and based on my internet inquiry Nissan of Portland, initially Chris Torrey, followed up. Later that morning Jeff Fisher followed up and I went over to the dealership. They had the car I was looking for at what I considered a very good price and it was a certified pre-owned in very clean condition. We worked the deal and closed in record time - there was not alot of haggling, secret meeting with managers, upside/downside can't do that, etc. Also met with the sales manager Taji Slothower, Kiwi, and Billie Kidder (F&I). All were very friendly and streamlined the process. they took the car through the DEQ for me and arranged transportation (if needed) to facilitate delivery of the car. I will happily refer any friends or business associates to take a look at Nissan of Portland due to their excellent customer service and no haggle professional approach to car selling. More

Our price was $8,000 below MSRP on a brand new Armada, an MSRP which we verified on the Internet before going to test drive the car, and the price didn't go up when we began to negotiate a deal with our trade-in cars. We had our restless 7 year old daughter with us and the sales staff was not only tolerant of her, but in fact played with and entertained her while being very patient and attentive with the unwavering demands of me and my wife (we are very tough and suspicious shoppers). The financing manager got involved with us right away and was very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. He worked with us from beginning to end and took a personal interest in making sure that we were happy and well taken care of (my daughter really loved this guy!), even putting off phone calls from his wife/girlfriend as the hour began to get very late. This was great and very preferable to being passed from salesman to salesman before finally being sent to the financing manager's office to sign your life away in a big hurry without really knowing what it is that you're signing while they up-sell you on an extended warranty. Mr. Torrey really took the time to answer every question to our satisfaction, was extremely patient and friendly, and when all was said and done we walked away with a value for our trade-ins that we were happy with and felt like we deserved as well as a price on our new SUV that was $8,000 below MSRP and 3.9% financing! I so love my new car. More

Jeff Fisher, our salesman, was SUPER helpful in working with me over the past 7-10 days to try and help me find the right car at the right price and he put up with my numerous emails and phone calls like I was his only customer! When I finally wrote to him after all of my research that it was a hatchback that I was interested in, he called me that evening at 8 pm to let me know he had one on the lot that he thought would be perfect for us. Low mileage, price well below Kelly Blue Book value, and cute, too! I told him that I'd come down to look at it and if I liked it I'd probably buy it that night. Jeff's team stayed until I arrived at 9:30 pm to start the process (had to put the kids to bed first!) No pressure at all when I walked in the door, we took it for a test drive before anything else, Jeff let me look it all over and answered any questions I had, pointed out all the cool things that came with it, etc. Once we started talking about actually buying it, Jeff and Chris took the time for me to translate all the negotiations via cell phone to my husband back home. They got me a much better rate through the credit union than we were quoted on our own. And even though we went back and forth a couple of times for final price, I never felt pressured or rushed (and it was getting LATE). In the end, we got a really great car at a really great price and the guys we worked with were super nice. Even Felix, one of the mechanics, stayed late so that they could deliver the car to our home at the end of the evening. We parked our car in front of the house at 12:30 am! Overall, best experience I've had in buying a car. Would recommend Jeff Fisher, Chris Torrey and the guys at Nissan of Portland to anyone looking for a good experience. More

He sold us the car they don't have, find the color we love and the best price we can ask for our 2011 Rogue. Best of all, we don't need to sit there for 3, 4 or 5 hours to get the good deal. He gave us the price we could not find from other dealers when we told him what we want. He only said "let me see what I can do" during the whole process. We knew that he did not have our car but we still bought the car from him just because he was willing to find the model, the year, the color and the price we like. I had an excellent experience with purchasing my Nissan Rogue at Rustom Nissan. I had previously gone to Nissan in Beaverton and had the WORST experience. At Rustom Nissan they were honest, straight forward, professional and gave me the best price of anywhere I could find online. The process was quick and easy with no hidden agenda. Chris Harshman is the internet specialist who is able to quote you a price below MSRP and Randy was the sales person to execute the process. They are a great team and if you are looking to buy a Nissan this is the place to go. Don't wast your time on other dealerships!! More
