Both of them answered all of my questions perfectly and made me feel that my option was the best for my situation. Both of them are truly great at their craft and should be recommended for anyone looking for a Nissan. It should also be noted that Kelly in finance was great as well. A prior purchase had a defective radio, a new one was ordered. The next day I was called that a radio had come in, ordered for owner's son. It was put into my car. My salesman, Steve, is a wonderful person. He is kind, patient and works with me that I get what I want in my cars. He is not "pushy" or intimidating. He is the kind of person you can visit while getting an oil change. Relationships are built, not "Hi, buy and goodbye". I grew up in a family owned and operated business with my father. His motto was "Where service counts". I look for this wherever I shop and I would say that Nisson of Noth Olmsted deserves this accolade. More
