Took the car back for service as it related to a previous service visit and parts had to be ordered, over 6 month ago. I checked in Sept. and two parts were there still needed one. It was not tagged for my car but the Parts and Service Managers worked through things. In fact, none of the three parts were tagged for my car. Appointment made and service completed.
