They were very busy when I got there. I wanted an oil change. They said it would be about an hour and a half, but they would try and get it done sooner. As it turns out it was done in about an hour. The Service Department was very busy when I arrived with a nail in my rear tire. Only two workers were behind the desk which slowed things down a bit.
