For most people they tend to automatically dislike visiting because servicing a vehicle can be time consuming and expensive. Fortunately there's something that makes all the difference when investing time and your hard earned money, and that's trust. I've been many places and dealt with many people but I consistently do business with Nissan of North Olmsted for the staff that works there. Your vehicle is often the second most expensive investment you will make. Purchasing new, or maintaining your old one will be something you'll want to do wisely. That's honestly why I recommend this dealer. They treat you with respect, take time to educate and offer options instead of hard selling you on anything. They honestly practice the time tested 'earning' your business rather than selling you on a cheap gimmick. I think we all know there are an overwhelming number of options out there. And don't think an aftermarket or smaller shop is always cheaper. Often these days they are more expensive and don't specialize like Nissan of North Olmsted does. And also don't assume because you don't drive a Nissan they can't help either. They serviced my Ford just as well as my Nissans. In any case...trust is what it comes down to. You either trust the people working on your vehicle or doing business to purchase a new vehicle or you don't. Sales, bargains, bonus this and that are all over the place with businesses. I was offered coffee, snacks, etc. after being greeted at the service desk and due to the weather conditions, I was told I could bring my car back during the week for a free car wash.
