I was able to schedule the appointment that worked with my schedule. Tom, the Service Advisor was very friendly & explained everything well so I knew exactly what the problem was & how they were going to f my schedule. Went to appointment for oil change, recommended services, came back for appointment to have work done because of 10% return offer. I made the appointment online with notes for the work to be completed with came back for appointment to have work done because of 10% return offer. I made the appointment online with notes for the work to be completed with pricing. Next day I called to confirm details and pricing and talked to someone/confirmed details. Went to drop off vehicle and provided different pricing. Also told that maybe I misunderstood person I talked to, but the details were in my appointment. In addition, told that if I took car to another place I mentioned that I had a quote from (Firestone) that my brakes would squeal. Frustrated about the visit and found the slander of another company to be unprofessional. Only kept the appointment because I had made arrangements to have someone help me drop my car off and not sure I would return for additional services. More
