We purchased a Nissan replacement engine for our Pathfinder due to the reputation of Nissan quality. The engine cost twice as much as an aftermarket engine; but they were not Nissan, not Nissan prec Pathfinder due to the reputation of Nissan quality. The engine cost twice as much as an aftermarket engine; but they were not Nissan, not Nissan preceived quality. The replacement engine from Nissan was defective from Nissan lack of quality control as validated by Nissan, after several discussions all the way to Nissan America, totally replacing the engine. Great? No we got to pay the labor cost the second time because of the lack of quality from Nissan the first time. I will let you decide our allegiance now to Nissan. More

Before leaving, they go over the survey that you will receive and tell you how to rate them and what answers to choose. It is quite condescending. As well as I was told a price of an add on when I was lo receive and tell you how to rate them and what answers to choose. It is quite condescending. As well as I was told a price of an add on when I was looking at a truck, since I said it was a non-negotiable and something I wanted. The Nissan System was down that day and was told a price and that it could easily be added on. I called and was told a completely different price. When I messaged the salesman, he claimed he never said that. I had someone with me, it was very clear he just wanted the sale and just said a number. The way he responded was rude. It just reminds people why they absolutely hate buying cars and salesman will do or say anything. Update! After leaving this initial review I was contacted by Nissan saying that they would be honoring the original price of the sports bar. Then I was contacted by finance about completing a new survey and in return I would get it for free (I have attached the text thread). After completing the survey as requested, the dealership changed their stance. Despite fixing the survey, they claimed it was irreversible and gave the promised sports bar to someone else. Frustrating and disappointing experience overall. More
