McKinney Nissan use to be my go to dealership but no longer. The service department was top notch a couple of years ago but since the best service advisors were let go or left the service department has longer. I came to get a battery replaced at 730 am and finally at 1030 am my car was finally ready so I could get to work. I checked with the service advisor on two separate occasions to find out about the issue with the battery. I also requested they didn’t need to wash my car so I could get to work. Each time I checked with the advisor he was on his cell phone. He told me about additional work that needed to be done. I just needed to get a new battery so I could get to work. The last time I checked with him he said the car was being washed. Once again I told him not to wash the car because I need to get to work. I’m very disappointed in the service department. More
The dealership would not allow me to return the vehicle less than 48 hours/60 miles after purchase and cancel the deal. They said the deal had been funded already. I was charged a vehicle reconditioning charge or something to fix a dent in the passenger door that was never fixed. I'm pretty sure the previous owner was also docked on the trade for that dent, s something to fix a dent in the passenger door that was never fixed. I'm pretty sure the previous owner was also docked on the trade for that dent, so you guys literally double dipped on this dent and didn't even fix it. When I got home with the vehicle I noticed the oil wasn't changed, the brakes were bad, there were live wires sitting on the back floor from previous owner's sound system, multiple electrical problems. I also put a deposit down 3 days before I flew in to buy truck and was told the truck would be ready when I get there and ended up waiting over 6 hours for the vehicle to be given to me. I was told my warranty was 1695 and charged almost 3000 for it. That's what I get for trusting you guys. This is why there is such a distain for car salesmen and really dealerships in general. More
Read reviews before coming to this facilities even if you get your car service done, the dealership will still persuade you to try to get a new car regardless, if you like your old car or not. We purchased a Nissan replacement engine for our Pathfinder due to the reputation of Nissan quality. The engine cost twice as much as an aftermarket engine; but they were not Nissan, not Nissan prec Pathfinder due to the reputation of Nissan quality. The engine cost twice as much as an aftermarket engine; but they were not Nissan, not Nissan preceived quality. The replacement engine from Nissan was defective from Nissan lack of quality control as validated by Nissan, after several discussions all the way to Nissan America, totally replacing the engine. Great? No we got to pay the labor cost the second time because of the lack of quality from Nissan the first time. I will let you decide our allegiance now to Nissan. More
