I recently took my car in to have air put in the tires as advised by the warning lights. Taylor Anderson was very proactive in suggesting I have some upcoming required services performed as long as I was the advised by the warning lights. The service advisor was great(Gary) by keeping me informed and following up about the status of my repair the entire time. The repair was simply to program a new key and took way too long because th informed and following up about the status of my repair the entire time. The repair was simply to program a new key and took way too long because the service department provided the wrong key. So a 1 day repair process took almost 5 days while the technician tried different diagnostic solutions. A bit of a hassle and disappointment while paying premium labor rates and OEM prices for a key—$476 for what should have been a 1 hour programming of key. Missed the target! More
