I spent hours listening to them trying to sell me extra service agreements then when I picked up my car they didn't even check the air pressure in my tire. I told them to check it. We made an appointment ahead of time and planned on looking at two vehicles. We test drove one and then wanted to test drive the second and waited over an hour for them to change a tire on it.
