Do not buy a car from here if you expect decent customer service. I bought a car on 4/18 for my 15 year old so she could learn to drive as well as take her driving test in. First off, they did a great job hiding the stench of the car. Obviously smoked in and we cannot get the smell out. Secondly it’s been over 2 months and I still have no paperwork that they promised to send. Third.... They waited over a month to order her plates. Her paper plates are expired and the plates came in today but they are unwilling to bring them to me. They blamed the late plates on Covid... not their lack of effort. Her drivers test is at 7am tomorrow so they have caused a lot of stress that she wouldn’t be able to use her car. They are great when you buy the car but they don’t give a xxxx about your satisfaction once you drive it off the lot! More
