My service advisor Brandon Palmer is the reason why I come to this dealership to get my 2005 Xterra serviced. He’s very honest and recommends what I really need and not anything more. Very poor customer service, the service center representative was rude, unprofessional, and he acted like he was doing me a favor . They don't take responsibility for anything. I won't take my v representative was rude, unprofessional, and he acted like he was doing me a favor . They don't take responsibility for anything. I won't take my vehicle there ever again. If you do check your vehicle up and down left and right other wise if you notice something they did wrong they act like you're a liar. Worse place ever!!! More
Rip off. Sold me a car they said was never in an accident but it was. I am not a mechanic so I didn't notice until after I bought the car. The knew because th Sold me a car they said was never in an accident but it was. I am not a mechanic so I didn't notice until after I bought the car. The knew because the changes the battery and tires and the damage was right there! There is no way they missed it unless they were blind. They did not disclose the truth. Just like selling a house the owner is responsible for disclosing ALL issues , so are car dealerships - even when sold "as is". This dealership lied and will not fix the issue. I am a single parent, nurse and veteran - they don't care. More
My service tech was great but very disappointed that I bought the car only two months ago and had to pay $250 for a new battery. For a certified vehicle where they charge extra for it to be certified you bought the car only two months ago and had to pay $250 for a new battery. For a certified vehicle where they charge extra for it to be certified you would think it would come with a fully charged battery. I was stranded at work, after a long week of teaching had to tow, pay for an Uber and then pay $250. Very disappointed and not to mention that was pretty much all I had left for gas and food for me and my kids until pay day in three weeks. Was not expecting that expense already. I’m disappointed in myself for trading my vehicle for this one. More
