My experience with Nissan McKinney this weekend was outstanding due to the service and care I received from Serena, my Service Advisor. She was extremely professional, courteous and cared about my time outstanding due to the service and care I received from Serena, my Service Advisor. She was extremely professional, courteous and cared about my time and how much I was spending. She took extra care to get me shuttle service home and back to the dealership for pick up. She was very knowledgeable about my Nissan and recommended service that I found helpful. I will definitely be back to service my Juke and request Serena for assistance. She stands out from my experience at other dealerships. Great experience! More

My tech was great. He found out where I was supposed to get free oil changes because it was on my extended warranty. The tech before him told me I had to pay for them. He didn’t know what he’s doing.😣 and a little check out girl for I was just supposed to sign my name apparently didn’t know what she was doing because she had to take the paperwork back to the lady in the office because she said I owed the balance and I said, no ma’am I do not. I have extended warranty coverage but all in all I understand human error. I’m a property manager. They clean my car and made it look brand new so I like that but I always give everybody a second chance they did try to sell me a new car and take my used car but I love my car too much. More
