My experience with Nissan McKinney this weekend was outstanding due to the service and care I received from Serena, my Service Advisor. My tech was great. He found out where I was supposed to get free oil changes because it was on my extended warranty. The tech before him told me I had to pay for them. He didn’t know what he’s doing.😣 and a little check out girl for I was just supposed to sign my name apparently didn’t know what she was doing because she had to take the paperwork back to the lady in the office because she said I owed the balance and I said, no ma’am I do not. I have extended warranty coverage but all in all I understand human error. I’m a property manager. They clean my car and made it look brand new so I like that but I always give everybody a second chance they did try to sell me a new car and take my used car but I love my car too much. More
