STAY AWAY unless you want to deal with an untrustworthy dealership. When I found the car I had been looking for at the right price on Autotrader from Nissan of Mckinney, I was ecstatic. I called right away, spoke with Dennis Boyd, who throughout the day, answered my questions and even sent me a video of the vehicle. I was ready to buy! I asked for a finalized quote to be sent so we could start the purchase. The advertised price was $19,998. Right in my budget. It was perfect. However, the quote was for $24,219.46. WOW! I couldn’t believe it. You may be asking yourself if taxes really have gone up that much? Nope…It was a bait and switch. They added a “recondition” fee of $2,295, and a fee for $149.00 for something called “Consumer Services…” And then taxed the fees on top of that..! There were no mention of either of these fees in their ad on Autotrader. More

dissatisfied! took my Pathfinder to get the back door tailgate fixed to operate properly to open and closed. They sold the car we were purchasing with/for our 18-year-old after we had begun financing!! I was in contact with Michelle Montoya with Nissan of McKinney Used Cars Sale, beginning at 12:30pm on 18-year-old after we had begun financing!! I was in contact with Michelle Montoya with Nissan of McKinney Used Cars Sale, beginning at 12:30pm on Aug-15. We made an appointment for 6pm to test drive a car, arriving about 40min. early. We arrived, test drove the car, negotiated the price, and filled out the credit application (which took seemingly too long to process), only for Geneva (Used Sales Mgr) to return and tell us it took too long because they just sold that car and she was trying to find us another one. Again, I had a very excited 18-year-old that was immediately crushed when they sold this car out from under us. Their explanation was that it was an internet sale, when IN FACT, and in hindsight, the deal was going on right behind us when my son told me another customer was driving the car we were planning to purchase. I told him “Surely they would not do business that way"... but they proved me wrong, just waiting to see who they were going to get the greater sale from. I don't know how these people sleep at night. Avoid this place at all costs. Their business ethics are beyond reprehensible. More

My experience with Nissan McKinney this weekend was outstanding due to the service and care I received from Serena, my Service Advisor. She was extremely professional, courteous and cared about my time outstanding due to the service and care I received from Serena, my Service Advisor. She was extremely professional, courteous and cared about my time and how much I was spending. She took extra care to get me shuttle service home and back to the dealership for pick up. She was very knowledgeable about my Nissan and recommended service that I found helpful. I will definitely be back to service my Juke and request Serena for assistance.
