I couldn't get in touch with anyone about my car before I scheduled to see if a part was in stock. Left emails and sent messages through call center. Short staffed so I couldn't get in touch with anyone regarding the estimate so they could work on my car. My second estimate said 38$ when it was actually $100. Chad was helpful. He gave me a discount and also double checked my tires bc my estimate did I needed four new tires and I do not. Chad saved it. The guy who checked me in was at fault but he was also working very hard to keep up the slack. More

The worst experience EVERYTIME. This dealership is so incompetent and very non-caring for their customers. I came in during the summer in reference to the class action lawsuit involving my headlamp and they sent me away stating that I needed to wait on a letter from Nissan. They claimed that the case ID number and the postcard that I received in the mail was a scam and that Nissan would send "the real one". I ignorantly believed them and today they stated that I am too late for the headlamp replacement. Brandon stated today that my headlamps are dim, but still did nothing to assist with the liability issue. Once I spoke with Ron and Brandon, they stated that the issue was a Nissan issue not theirs. Please take your car and your matters to another dealership and save yourself a headache dealing with them holding your car longer that average, no communication, and false information guidance. More
Not secure that the work done on my vehicle is correct. I was told one thing before I agreed to the work. I pick up my vehicle and something else was done. I called for a status and no one could get ahold of my advisor to give me a status. My car was there from 8:30 to almost 4 pm which caused a huge inconvenience to me ! I was initially told it would take an hour and a half to complete the work. I will never come back to this location! More
