Poor Customer Service I spoke with Solange at 8:40AM on 4/13 and asked about making an appointment; she suggested I call back at 9am which was fine. After giving her my name, she checked my VIN number and I asked her whether or not the cigarette lighter I was promised, was there. (On a prior visit, my cigarette lighter had been taken from my car and the Service manager at the time, called me and said I could pick one up anytime - and that it would be in his office.) Evidently there were notes in my profile, because Solange readily said, yes I see it; She asked me to hold on while she verified everything with the manager; after being on hold for a couple of minutes, she came back and said a new cigarette lighter was there and I could pick it up when I came that day. My service Rep was Warren Ali, and when my car was ready, I told him I also wanted to pick up my cigarette lighter. He stated that he knew nothing about it and he had never heard of it; So, I explained to him how all of this came about, and I told him about the conversation I had with Solange approximately 2 hours earlier. He left, and I assumed he was checking with the manager; but when he came back, he said he went to speak to Mr. Stone, and we have no part for you. I told him that the corporate office had contacted the service manager a few months ago, which is why the service manager contacted me and told me he would replace my lighter. Mr. Ali told me Mr. Stone said he didn't have it. When I asked to speak to Mr. Stone, he said he was in a meeting, so if he was "in a meeting", I'm not sure how he was able to converse with Warren. I was pretty much ignored after that, except for me paying for my service. Needless to say, I was very upset; someone at your dealership took my lighter (which I never use but it is part of the car I paid for), and instead of you honoring the arrangement to rectify the situation, I am dismissed as a bother. I bought my Rogue at this dealership, and have been taking it back there for service since I bought it. Nothing else can be said. More
Warranty information was add to my automobile profile for a previous visit. I had another service issue to arise and service was delayed because warranty information was not found on profile. the actual sales experience itself was great. However everything after that has been awful the sales person told me i woukd get a certain number of tanks of gas. I only got 2. The sales person Jackie is outstanding, very nice, pleasant, and knowledge of his job. All the salesperson were outstanding to me, The only person that was not pleasant was the man who I signed my pap pleasant, and knowledge of his job. Came to get car serviced and was unhappy not to get a better outcome on the cost of service. My labor was double the parts. Dyring a time like now, some type of special should be in place.
