Asked to speak with repair manager who never came out to speak with me. When there I felt I was in an assembly line .ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Did not appreciate phone calls asking if I was in waiting area related they were interested in making offer for my car . Too much going on for someone to call re my location and not identifying themselves until I questioned them. Thank you for listening and hopefully things will get better. Disappointed and very upset with Nissan of Lithia Springs and their service advisors, in particular Tim Walker and/or Daniel Vallejo. On March 16, 2023, I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and their service advisors, in particular Tim Walker and/or Daniel Vallejo. On March 16, 2023, I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation for tires I purchased at Nissan. They did not rotate my tires because there was damage to the tire (supposedly curb damage). I took my car in on May 27, 2022, June 29, 2022, October 22, 2022, December 3, 2022, and March 16, 2023. Each time I took my car, I requested my free tire rotation since I purchased the tires from Nissan. Needless to say, my tires were not rotated because of the curb damage. Now, neither of the service people that I showed the damage to advised that they would not be able to rotate my tires as it is a hazard. So, when I took the car home and a little voice said to "check to see if your time were rotated". At this time, I noticed that my tires have not been rotated, even after I specifically asked the service people if the damage to the tire would cause problems, they said no, but did not inform me that they would not rotate my tires until I called back questioning why my tires were not rotated. Nissan and their employees need to do better and have their service staff write down any complaints that the customer has (big or small). I told the service advisor that I have complained about the tire on previous occasions and was told that it would be alright (but they have no record of my complaint and says it is your word against ours). I told him that I can't do their job and mines too. I told him that you and your co-workers have a duty to address the customer's concern and make notes of any issues (big or small that your customer have). I will be filing a formal complaint with Georgia Consumer Protection because Nissan acted like they were rotating my tires, when they clearly have not done so. They did not even have the decency to communicate that the service department could not rotate the tires because it is a hazard. Clearly unprofessional and shows a like of concern for customers. I will be taking my car to another Nissan location as this location clearly sucks. Needless to say that I left a message for the manager to call me and have not heard back from anyone to date. More
My first experience here with Jessica was AMAZING. Unfortunately I did not do my research for my second visit and was left in a HORRIBLE situation. I was considering trading my vehicle in to lower my note so I typed in my car information online and was immediately sent via text message by sales person Justin that I would be able to trade my vehicle in without a negative balance due to status of vehicle. This is the FIRST LIE that I was told. I was going into a used vehicle which had a awful smell of smoke in it and was assured they could get the smell out and get me into a quality vehicle with a lower note. Against my better judgement I trusted them. SECOND LIE. I left that day in a loner vehicle so they could get the smell out. They had the vehicle 2 days. I was told that the vehicle would be delivered to me, however they were busy so I had to come back (40 minute drive) to pick it up. THRID LIE. I keep the vehicle ONE day.. the next day the smell is back and worse than the first time. I call back and ask to speak with the manager because when I texted and called my sales person they didn’t respond. Of course I was told later they were busy. Which was probably true. The manager then tells me to bring the vehicle back and they would keep it over night and try to remove the smell. When I return with the car the sales rep even states “Oh the smell is horrible!” They put me in a loaner car AGAIN! At this point i’m super annoyed and just want my old car back. The floor manager.. Or at least that is how he introduced himself told me that if they couldn’t get the smell out they would put me back in my old vehicle. Only TRUTH. After picking the car back up and driving 40 minutes home, before I could even get into my driveway the smell was back coming through the heater vents. I called back and was told that I could come in two days later to go back to my old vehicle.. I was then told that to make the “deal” on the vehicle they had to add $10k worth of negative equity in the selling price of my used purchase so going back into my old vehicle would cost me $10k MORE than what the payoff was.. They kept me in loaner vehicle(s) trying to fix the ashtray smelling vehicle they sold me just long enough to say “the bank has already finalized the deal” so we can’t do this as a return. After REPURCHASING the vehicle I traded in i’m then notified I don’t get the 3 year maintenance package I originally had because I didn’t finance through NMAC for the repurchase. If you want to be lied to OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Go here. If not find another Nissan dealer.. ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! After purchasing 7 Nissan vehicles I can say they have lost a LOYAL customer because Nissan Lithia Springs DO NOT value repeat customers or loyalty. If you want to be treated FAIR.. Don’t go here. I know its not a buyers market right now so I didn’t go looking for a great deal. I just wanted to be treated FAIR. If I wouldn’t have be lied to VIA TEXT I would have never even wasted my time going here only to end up repurchasing the same vehicle I started out with for $10k more than I had left to pay it off, I could have just REFINANCED. So basically I paid $10k for a tank of gas, two rental car fees and to get my car detailed. More
Not honest people. Ripped me off very unhappy. Overcharged me for a car and when I came back week later and told them the car had a unnoticeable dent in the car the man Ripped me off very unhappy. Overcharged me for a car and when I came back week later and told them the car had a unnoticeable dent in the car the manager tells me he 100% sure it was no dent and said he gonna show me pictures and never did , but odviously he not gonna show me the ones with the dent . Then one week after that the car died while I was 55 miles away had to pay flatbed all the way to their repair shop then they told me it’s gonna be a month before the part comes in . So they give me loaner car and month goes by they say come get the car they put fuel pump in it then I get the car and literally 4 days latter im on i285 and it loose power 18 wheeler behind me having to change lanes to get to safe location. Had to again get flatbed towed in to theirs repair shop . Then they say no get it towed to Chrysler dealership down the street. So again I get a loaner car . Might I add the car is only one year old . Book valued at $38,000 the sold to me $43,500 with 11% interest which makes my purchase $56,700 dollars . And they didn’t want to fix the dent or readjust the price . Straight said I put the dent . Aaaarrrrggghhh ! Ok so I only had the car for not even 3 weeks and 2 half months past already. Didn’t have the car thanksgiving. Didn’t have the car Christmas. Well I’m not gonna have the car because the Chrysler dealership called day before yesterday and said ima need to get the gas tank pulled out of it and I need a new car battery that’s odviously not under warranty and ima need two more fuel pumps installed. I told them they just put brand new battery and fuel pump less then 100 hours ago . They said they gotta look into this and hung up and never called me back . Now I understand this is my first time going to dealership and all but I getting xxxxed and nobody even kissing me ! I hate this place . I’m very glad for my anger classes because I’m almost to the point . I just feel like it’s not gonna end so well with the dealership and myself. I’m trying I’m trying to let them handle things accordingly but I want out of this situation. I be at the dealership more then the workers I know everyone over ther . I be there so much they need to give me a check . I’m very much not happy . This place on scale one to 10 I give them a 2 maybe 2 and half . I need to speak to their dealer principal about all this . Because talking to anyone else is useless. And the mechanics aren’t looking to good at all . This place is a xxxxing disgrace . That’s my opinion. Maybe someone else can give them a 7 or 8 stars . 2 stars and that’s only because the rental people in service are pretty easy to talk to . Aaaaarrrggghhh I’m disgusted talking bout this place .
