This was my first car purchase and the experience was magnificent! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The deal was great! I initially had my own financing, but Hope was able to work out an even better magnificent! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The deal was great! One of the few people who actually replied to my internet queries, without a huge template or asking me the same questions over and over. No pressure to make a deal or take deposit right there. Gave my deposit later over the phone, and I only visited the dealer again and only spent 30 minutes picking up the car, because I told them I was in a hurry. They went out of their way to have the car ready, take my old car and do all the paperwork without trying to sell me crazy add-ons. Highly recommended, and a much better experience than my last Nissan lease about 20 miles south of here. More

The salesperson, Mr. Pak, was very patient. We looked at several options and test drove several cars. The salesperson explained all the options and gave honest opinion. We received a call from a salesperson at the Nissan dealership in Hawthorne suggesting that we come down as they were having a promotion which would end tomorrow. As our lease was coming to an end we dealership in Hawthorne suggesting that we come down as they were having a promotion which would end tomorrow. As our lease was coming to an end we went to take a look. The end result was we came home with a new lease, a slight upgrade and our monthly payments were less. Still don't know how that happened however we are very pleased with the price and the car. This was a very pleasant experience for us. More

Calls to the dealership are answered with "the DMV person isn't here". No one returns our calls. If I owned this dealership I would make changes to this department. In the meantime, I've purchased another car for another family member elsewhere. More
