Friendly staff, but didn't get the car promised The staff were very friendly. We were promised a nissan sentra with heated seats, but when we went to pick the car up it didn't have heated seats. Thi The staff were very friendly. We were promised a nissan sentra with heated seats, but when we went to pick the car up it didn't have heated seats. This made me annoyed, so under customer satisfaction they gave us an auto dimming rear view mirror and wheel locks for free. If you are going to buy from this dealership I recommend buying something off of their lot as for they are not very good with getting cars from other places. Overall, not a bad experience. More

More than 5 stars. Excellent service all the way around Hello to my favorite Nisson service center, Just want to tell you about my horrible and dissappointing service elsewhere. So when I was holding an important document in my hand that had to be addressed immediately. Being a little stressed about it I accedentally dropped it and it slid uder the plastic unit under my seat. I tried everything to get it out. Being there was a Nissan dealership in Ramsey (which I stopped going to after I found you) because their service then was terrible... I figured I'd run over there and see if they could do something to get it out. I walked into the service department and everyone had their head down..... So, I walked over to the desk and said, " could you please help me?" She looked up reluctantly and I told her what had happened . It took a while and I brought the service attendant out to see what he thought. After assessing the situation he said they would have to take the entire seat out to get to it... and it would be expensive to do. So, I said "can't you try something? Anything? He said no......Seriously, for the "ha ha's" wouldn't you try a hanger, stick, piece of metal? Something? He wasn't willing to lift a finger or find someone in the garage that would maybe have an idea.... I promised myself the first time I went there I wouldn't go bank for any reason and now I know I won't.. My point.... I know that would never happen in your service departmemt. I'm sure you would have tried everything. I just wanted to let you all know how much more I appreciate the amazing service I always receive at Hawthorn Nissan. All was good until it wasn't. If you're going to go here, make sure you talk to Gary. He will fight for you when it comes to negotiating with the dealership. My initial review was great while we were waiting to talk to the financing guy but after having to wait for over an hour and a half to be told that something was wrong with the deal that was made....three days prior and confirmed the day before I drove 2.5 hours to get to the dealership, I had to come on and edit my review. Again, Gary Thompson was great and helped us get the deal we wanted but bait and switch is what comes to mind when I think of the dealership. Will probably not return other than to turn in my lease. So, against my original thinking, I decided to try it out and give him the benefit of the doubt. I'm so happy I did. After explaining my previous experience, Louis was very apologetic and promised to rectify the situation and he made due on his promise. I had the best experience negotiating and trading in my car. At first I wanted to lease an Altima but Eddie convinced me that I would get a better deal in leasing a Rogue.
