Brought car in for routine maintenance. Rotated tires and did oil change, and let me know what would be addressed next oil change. When my car was ready, and I went to get it the service advisor wearing the cowboy hat was rude and condescending. Honestly I would not have gone back, if it wasn’t for Mike Pino intervening and taken over advisor wearing the cowboy hat was rude and condescending. I have been coming to that dealership for years and purchased my car from Sutherlin Nissan. I have not been impressed since it changed ownership, with the exception of Mike. The other thing that this Nissan dealership has implemented is a 3% service charge if you use a credit card. More
