My yearly visit for my first checkup and service was an absolute pleasure! Marcus greeted me warmly and took care of me right away. He kept me informed as I waited in the lounge area. I had been a customer of Sutherland Nissan and I always felt like an inconvenience until I finally decided that Cape Coral had way better customer service even though I live about 10 minutes away from the felt like an inconvenience until I finally decided that Cape Coral had way better customer service even though I live about 10 minutes away from the Fort Myers dealership. I purchased my Rogue at Honda of Fort Myers. It was under warranty as it was only a year old. I have needed a new battery 3-4 times since April 2021. As grateful as I am that I don’t need to purchase a new battery I can’t help but think there is an issue that drained my battery!!! No cost financially but A LOT OF inconvenience!!!! More
