I have been taking my previous and new Nissan Armada for the service in the Nissan Dealership in Fort Myers and always had a great experience. After careful thought, I realize there was a lot going on that day. The guys were professional, but the pressure was overkill. I know this process could've been handled better. We walked in with one type of vehicle in mind and ended up having to settle for a different vehicle with higher payments. There has to be a way this can be done right because on top of all this, the sales guy knew I didn't have $ to put down and ended up having to give $500 which is towards the roof over my head just to make the payment better. I just can't see myself doing this. I don't know why Nissan does things this way, but they do and this is not ethically correct to the customer. When a customer feels pressured, trapped, but in need of a vehicle, anything is better than nothing at that moment. This is not right. I'm not a totally happy customer. More
