Since the dealership has changed hands I will say the oil change process is a lot more mainstreamed! I am no longer waiting 3 plus hours for a simple oil change and now it is only 45 minutes or less. Marcus More

Very disappointed in that you charged me more than twice the actual retail price for the parts. OEM parts for my repair are $400 per part or less everywhere, but you doubled the cost to more than $800 per p More

Called to get oil change and check a maybe recall. Called to confirm a couple days prior. Got there and told 3-4hours due to a software update. No advance notice. More
