Took the car in as fan did not work. Decided to wait for them to diagnose the problem before I knew whether or not to wait or leave. Was told 90 minutes. After 3 hours I again went and checked. Was told they had no idea and best to go home which I did. I expected a call at the end of the day with an update. No call. Expected maybe a call next morning. Nothing until I called to inquire. Was told they had car was ready. Nothing about what was wrong or the cost to fix. Communication was 0. I rated average because the car was fixed. More
