I waited almost 3 hours for an oil change with a transmission fluid change. The messages that are supposed to tell me how my service was progressing didn’t happen . Then I had to go off site to get transmission fluid change. The messages that are supposed to tell me how my service was progressing didn’t happen . Then I had to go off site to get the car washed.
