Normally I have a good experience. But, this time around. Not so much. I went in for the techs to check my battery. I was told it tested positive and would need to pay $300 for a diagn But, this time around. Not so much. I went in for the techs to check my battery. Gotta love a guy who clearly adores his dog. :) Jose in Finance was super efficient; extremely articulate and helpful - he arranged car insurance on the spot! We’re not local, so I had no clue where to go, and his help was invaluable. Quick process, friendly chat. Honestly, I had a really positive experience with this dealership. Who would have thought I’d find a lightly used Mercedes SUV at a Nissan dealership?? I love the car, appreciated the help and guidance. Best car buy ever! More
