I have now had my 2023 Nissan Ariya for six months and, throughout that time, my experience has been nothing short of terrific. Service, has been good until recently! They have duplicated my issues but will tell me oh it’s normal?? Now they telling me I can’t get put into a loaner even if Nissan authorized it? Seriously? That’s a load of BULL IF YOU ASK ME! So I have to leave my car there for days if I decide to bring it there, without a loaner? That’s not right my car is under warranty only 5500 miles and they are not wanting to help a customer that been going to their dealership for almost 7 years.
