ripped off last may 9 2015. i brought my 2008 quest there for service to reset the (TPMS). the consultant that i talk to is MARKUS GOMEZ. he called on the phone last may 9 2015. i brought my 2008 quest there for service to reset the (TPMS). the consultant that i talk to is MARKUS GOMEZ. he called on the phone and said he can not reset the tpms on my van because its just gonna come back in 15 to 20 miles. he said i need to replace one of the battery on the tire TPMS coz he said it might be bad and need to be replaced. he wants me to pay $67 for diagnostics and he said around $300 to replace a battery on it. so i told him dont worry about it ill just get the van back. coz i dont want to pay more than $300 for that stupid TPMS. after two mins i called him back and told him to reset it anyway. and he keeps on insisting and insisting the its no use to do it coz its still going to come back. but i told him ill just deal with it if it comes back. and told him to just reset it anyway. so he rest it and when i pick up the van. he still saying to me that for sure it will come back in 15 to 20 miles. now the van ran more than 300 miles now after 9 days. and the tire pressure guage didnt comes out anymore. all im saying is MARKUS is a shark and wants people to spend more money for things that not needed. he just wants to take your money.. MARKUS gomez shouldnt be trusted when he diagnose your car. i have respect in that dealership and its an awsome dealership. like the dealership coz i purchase two vehicle from them. but MARkUS from service department are ruining the dealerships reputation. MRKUS GOMEZ from service department can be trusted. More

Service Plus I took my vehicle to have a routine oil change. After completing that transaction, I mentioned that I was interested in information on an extended wa I took my vehicle to have a routine oil change. After completing that transaction, I mentioned that I was interested in information on an extended warranty for my Murano that had had been purchased used from an out-of-town dealer. The service advisor took me to the person in charge of warranty sales to get more info. Unfortunately Mr. Davis was busy and I had another time commitment. I left my name and number and was contacted promptly the next day. When I arrived Mr. Davis had all of the relevant information regarding extended warranties available and costs. I selected a warranty plan and completed the transaction. I mentioned that my vehicle had a number of features that I was unfamiliar with and Mr. Davis took the time to explain them to me. He offered to arrange a tutorial for me to familiarize me with the many features and technology on my Murano. He also told me about the upcoming changes in their service department and proudly told me about the customer-centric culture of the dealership. The owner of the dealership was on site at the time and Mr. Davis introduced me to him. The overall experience was very pleasant and I will recommend this dealership to friends and family (strangers, too)! More
Mechanic named Manny 165/ on our 2008 Forenza, Suzuki- On Thursday, 07/24/14, went to the Nissan Dealership in Elk Grove,Ca. To have our 3 month scheduled oil change and all the services included. After leaving the the dealership, we headed home on Highway99 going to Lodi, Ca. The cars began to vibrate which got worse the faster we went. After we got home, we called American Tire in Stockton,Ca.. We made an appointment for 4:30pm to have the tires checked.(we bought the tire from them). We found out that two of the tires were not balanced, which cause the tires to wobble. And my husband requested that the tires be filled with air to 35lbs. None of the tires were done as we had asked. We were very unhappy with the service today. We were also told by counter people twice that we had a $50.00 deductible. Which we do not. We have a warranty. We never had these problems on previous services. More

Rental experience I dropped off my Infiniti for service this morning at the nearby Infiniti dealership. They were out of courtesy vehicles so they contacted Celeste at the Nissan dealership to get me a rental instead. I've been to this dealership a couple of times to pickup oil filters for my Infiniti but have never rented a vehicle from them. Celeste showed up at the Infiniti dealership and came into the customer lounge to personally greet me. She had one of the friendliest smiles I've ever seen. After a brief conversation on the way out to the car and over to the Nissan dealership, I was very impressed with her level and style of customer service. I could've talked to her the entire afternoon, just a great personality. I think people like Celeste will always find great opportunities and be very successful in customer-driven markets. I wish her the best of luck and hopefully will run into her again. More
