Terrific Customer Services! Jerry Reynolds, Carprousa, referred me to John, owner of Elk Grove Nissan. After explaining to John Driebe, Elk Grove Nissan owner, my frustrated 1 Jerry Reynolds, Carprousa, referred me to John, owner of Elk Grove Nissan. After explaining to John Driebe, Elk Grove Nissan owner, my frustrated 10/2015 car buying experience with Future Nissan Roseville. He said he would introduce me to his staff to assist me with my 2010 Murano LE problem. Next morning, John follow through. Intructed staff to keep him informed to outcome of my visit. Marie Angulo and Tommy Davis listened to my car concerns and request for extended warranty on payments. Tommy completed extended warranty document included monthly payment. And sent me home in a free rental car to return next day after my Murano was checked out my the auto shop. Grateful, Kathy Berry More
Recall Repair, Extended Warranty, and Excellent Service I received a recall notice and scheduled an appointment. I was then approached by the service manager regarding my mileage and reminded that eventually my warranty would expire. I then spoke to Tommy Davis who clearly explained the available warranty extension options. Mr. Davis presented the warranty information in a professional manner without the hard sell. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and it made logical and financial sense to extend the warranty and I did so. I really liked that he made the plan affordable and he answered every question in detail; there were no simple yes or no responses. Elk Grove Nissan really tries hard to get it right every time I visit and they succeed...every time. Do yourself a favor and give them a try so you can experience the same excellence that I did. I rated all fives except for the Price but only because who wants to part with their money? I did get a great price though. :-) More
They made it right I went in for a oil change with a coupon and they couldn't honor the coupon but gave me a discount. Turning a bad expierence into a great experience Took my vehicle for some repairs was told repairs will be completed the same day. I received a call from Markus with an estimate of repairs and cost and again confirmed that it will be ready at the end of day. I then got a second call past 6pm to tell me that they needed to keep my car another day to complete all repairs but it would be ready first thing in the morning, which again was another broken promise my car was not ready until almost 5pm and because we were going out of town for New Years we could not pick it up till 2. Days later due to service being close for the holidays. On Saturday I call to get a ride to pick up my vehicle and it took 3 hrs for some one to pick me up. When I called the 2ND time to find out whe the shuttle was going to pick me up I was told that they had no information about me being picked up and was asked for my info again it took another HR for someone e to finally pick me up. I've been a Nissan owners for over 20 years and have always service my vehicles here and we are currently looking to get a new car and believe me it will not be a Nissan! I've changed my rating from 2stars to 4 and this is why? A few days after my review I received a call from Mr. John Driebe owner of Nissan and he apologized for my negative experience and offered me to change a part that was not done during my visit and also detailed my vehicle for free. He truly understand the importance providing a great customer experience to a loyal customer. I've been coming to Nissan of elk Grove to service my Nissan vehicle for almost 30 years. As a loyal customer I have high expectations from Nissan and Mr. John ensured that is staff met those expectations. Thank you Nissan for turning a bad experience into a great one and for gaining my trust again. I am currently shopping for a new SUV and Nissan/infinity of Elk Grove will be my #choice! More

Dustin took great care of my car (Little Red) recently when it broke down. I felt I could trust him with my car like a brother. No pressure to have more done than needed.
