My service rep, Markus Gomez went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. He met with me promptly, addressed my concerns, and checked in with me twice while I was in their waiting room. When it looked like the need part/repair was going to take an additional 2 hours, he arranged for a rental car so I wouldn’t have to wait there at the dealership. He called me when my car was ready and I picked up a clean car—washed and vacuumed! I’ve been in three times for regular service appointments and have always been impressed by their efficiency and friendly customer service. It is obvious that the service manager is terrific! He hires and trains great people who put the customer experience at the forefront. Keep up the outstanding work!! More

Wouldn’t go anywhere else! I have bought four cars front Nissan of Elk Grove over the last 17 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Besides getting a fair deal on my cars, their s I have bought four cars front Nissan of Elk Grove over the last 17 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Besides getting a fair deal on my cars, their service department is outstanding. My Murano is in tip-top shape. In all the years that I have had my car serviced, I have never had a problem. You can make your appointment on line or your service manager will gladly set up your next serving. My cars have always been ready on time and they are washed and vacuumed. On average I am in the service department for about 10 minutes and I am on my way. I love that I can call John Brooks, my service manager, and he knows me and my car. I have never had my car breakdown on me as Nissan of Elk Grove always makes sure that they fully inspect my car each time I bring it in. More

Very dissapointed. I had an appointment at 7am to get new brakes. It took them an hour just to tell me that my rear brakes needed to be done and the front still had 40% I had an appointment at 7am to get new brakes. It took them an hour just to tell me that my rear brakes needed to be done and the front still had 40% left and to do it next visit. So I said ok and asked how long it would be and was told an hour and a half or two. I usually stay there but this time I got a shuttle home. Luckily I didn't have anywhere to go because after a total of 5 hours I was finally called. I arrive and was going to be charged 300+ and I had asked if they applied their own coupon and they didn't which is disappointing since customers would love to see you also want to save them money too...but you guys don't.. so we had to change that. Then my car was half assed washed and not even vacuumed. I get home to HEAR MY BRAKES SQUEAKY. Never going back to this dealership again. More
