They do not honor their warranties Don’t buy any Nissan vehicle! I bought a car last year and the Transmission Is has gone bad. They tell you it has a 100,000 mile guarantee.. but they Don’t buy any Nissan vehicle! I bought a car last year and the Transmission Is has gone bad. They tell you it has a 100,000 mile guarantee.. but they are not honoring that and refuse to fix my car. I went online and found out that there are more people out there that have sued them because they refuse to fix them. BEWARE !!! 0 rating because there are no negative Stars! More
Bought a new Rogue SL last May; Nothing but Problems Bought a 2018 Nissan Rogue SL, May 2018.. Couldn't have been a month and for no reason vehicle made emergency stop, in middle of busy road.... Collus Bought a 2018 Nissan Rogue SL, May 2018.. Couldn't have been a month and for no reason vehicle made emergency stop, in middle of busy road.... Collusion, and other light on dash lit up.... Called Nissan Elk Grove and talked to Rick Rouso, he said drive it home and bring it back Monday or drive it to dealer… Told him didn't feel safe driving but he said he would not send out tow truck. (So much for free towing service within 25 miles). Bought vehicle back and Mr. Rouso drove it and it happened again... After 6 months, I am guessing the vehicle has been in shop a month plus...This electronic problem (SAFETY ISSUE) has been on going... Brought my Rogue back a few days ago (on recommendations of Nissan Consumer Affairs), A specialist looked at vehicle and said they could not duplicate problem, but they replaced a senor anyway (Strange? replace a part that isn't broken?) Navigation has been a problem too... (Freeze up) or displays inaccurate information. (Speed limit) Told Nissan Elk Grove about this and they said "We updated it, but speed limits can't be updated"? I have a 5 year old garmin that displays correct information... Why get a $800,00 built in Navigation that is inaccurate, when you can buy a garmin for under a 100 bucks that works better... The electronic issue is on going. Also, my Rogue has clocked up nearly 1200 miles back in forth to dealer and hundreds the dealership drove it while they had it. I don't recomment Nissan vehicle or Elk Grove Nissan; Problem on-going.... More
Tommy Davis is Awesome! I wanted to give special recognition to Tommy Davis. Tommy sold me my extended warranty for my 2010 Nissan Pathfinder. He is extremely easy to talk to I wanted to give special recognition to Tommy Davis. Tommy sold me my extended warranty for my 2010 Nissan Pathfinder. He is extremely easy to talk to, knowledgeable and very helpful. After buying my car out right with cash, and getting extra maintenance coverage, i thought i had a full bumper to bumper warranty. That was my mistake. I didnt. It was Tommy that helped me identify that. He told me that i had a partial warranty and with a liitle more investment that i could have a full bumper to bumper. Thats what i originally wanted. Money was obviously tight for me after purchase of my vehicle. I was not really receptive to shelling out more money for coverage that i may or may not need. But then Tommy said something to me that, i'll never forget. He said, "Alot of things CAN go wrong with your car, over time." And because of his advice, i went 100% all the way and protected my investment, with a full bumper to bumper warranty. Best advice i could have been given. Although i bought my car with cash, i am actually low income. So medium or catastrophic car trouble can be a hardship to me. So the smart move was to do what he helpfully sugested. And i felt it came from his heart and it didnt feel pushy or money motivated. He was looking out for me. And boy it has been paying off! The bumper to bumper may end up paying for itself. I was encouraged to make a good decision for my future financial security. I am very much thankful to Tommy and all the staff at Nissan of Elk Grove. It is the best dealership and they treat you like family. More

CARING FOLKS first I would like to thank Larry in the Service Department for listening to my ranting about my vehicle, recently my vehicle was in an auto accident first I would like to thank Larry in the Service Department for listening to my ranting about my vehicle, recently my vehicle was in an auto accident and to make the long story short I had a car problem that had scared my daughter when she was driving the vehicle home from school the vehicle was towed to this dealership and the indian service advisor helped with the situation immediately I thought it would take an additional day to find out what the problem was but I received a call two hours after dropping off the car and was given a quote to the amount to be charged if I wished for them to fix the issue. I picked up my vehicle on Saturday 11/10/18 in which Larry the service advisor listened to my problems and help with the issue he also helped with paperwork in regards with the insurance these two service advisors were very helpful and took a lot of the stress off. thanks again for all you do More
