Although I've been taking my car to Nissan for oil changes, this last visit I actually noticed how much it costs and it's quite high. friendliness is very good but customer service and quality of work still needs improvement. i have noticed on several occassions , after servicing the vehicle it is taken for a wash but it is not wipe quality of work still needs improvement. i have noticed on several occassions , after servicing the vehicle it is taken for a wash but it is not wiped out dry, this should be given some consideration asw if you can not wipe the vehicle dry than don't wash it . My comments on the pricing is 4 because i have not compared with other dealerships, so i am not sure . More

I had the easiest experience at Elk Grove Nissan. I negotiated over the internet and phone. When I arrived the deal was exactly the same. I previously went to future Nissan and it was the complete op negotiated over the internet and phone. When I arrived the deal was exactly the same.
