My experience at Nissan of Elk Grove was fantastic. My boyfriend and I went their looking for a car that I saw online. When we arrived there to see the vehicle it was a different price then was quoted online. Eric went and checked it out inside while we waited for him. He then came out and told us that the price online was incorrect, but do to the fact that we came out to the dealership for that reason they would honor that price. We took it for a test drive and I really liked the vehicle. He showed us all the features and amenities of the vehicle. Then he took us into his office to fill out paperwork and work on numbers. Eric did the numbers for us, but we still weren't sure if we wanted to purchase that day. So we asked to just look around at other cars. He was very patient and friendly with us even though I was picky and indecisive. I let him know that we probably wouldn't purchase that day. So he told us that he would look around and see what he could find at a great deal that we couldn't walk away from. Let me tell you he did just what he promised. As soon as we saw the 2008 Nissan XTerra that he brought out, we loved the vehicle. He then took us inside and did more numbers. As soon as he let us know the price and the monthly payments. We were sold. Eric did a wonderful job. I had no intentions of purchasing that day, but it was to awesome to pass on, and I do not regret it. I Love the car, the staff and service was excellent. I recommended Nissan of Elk Grove to my parents who are looking to purchase a new vehicle. We really appreciate everything that Eric and the rest of the staff did for us. I am a regular customer at this oil stop. I am usually at the shop ever 45 days. Everyone in this dept. is very friendly and knowledgeable. Working at a Dealership you’d think that when purchasing a car from them. They would assume you know what’s happening so why explain everything or go over the vehicle with you. I purchased a pre-owned Volkswagen from A.J. Went. He went out of his way to learn about the vehicle to be able to explain everything to me and answer all the questions I had. A.J. really surprised me with all the knowledge of the vehicle he had. I would defiantly recommend him to my family and friends or anyone. The vehicle was not perfect at delivery which I knew prior to purchasing, Anita had called me the next day to set up an appointment. I recently took my Maxima to EG Nissan to have them investigate a rattling noise under the car, which ended up being an issue with the catalytic converter. My service advisor was Tina, and not only was she extremely courteous and friendly, but she kept in constant communication with me regarding the diagnosis of the problem and my available options to have the problem fixed. Too often I have experienced service departments that are unfriendly and don't communicate very well, which can be frustrating when one has to spend several hundred dollars for car repairs. As a relatively new Nissan owner, I've found the EG Nissan Service Team to be a cut above others due to their high quality customer service. Tina is a superstar service advisor, and although my repairs were covered under warranty, my experience would still rate the same had I incurred out of pocket costs for the repair work. More
I purchased my Altima in August 2007 from Elk Grove Nissan and have had all the required maintenance done by their Service Department. I brought my 08 Nissan Altima to get serviced as there were a few things wrong with it...Out of the 4 things i brought it in for there were only 2 things that were fixed and that was the oil changed and t were a few things wrong with it...Out of the 4 things i brought it in for there were only 2 things that were fixed and that was the oil changed and the center console got fixed..the other two were the sunroof makes noise and something rattles under the hood when the ac is on and it is really bad right after you start the car..They said that was normal for these cars but i don't think that is the case as you can hear it knocking when you are outside of the car..also when i got the car back i was inspecting it and there was black grease all over the passenger side seat and my seats are a very light color. It was taken back and cleaned but it should have never been presented to me this way. also it was washed but there was water spots left all over the car when it was returned to me. I think the car was actually cleaner when i brought it to the dealership. More
We bought two vehicles from A.J in the past two years. In both cases A.J has been informative and friendly. Also, the cars we bought worked perfectly for our family. We bought a Quest for a family vehicle, and a Passat for a commuter car. Signing the paperwork was hassle-free and fast. I think in both purchases we were in and out within two hours from the time we arrived on the lot to pick which car we wanted to the time we drove off the lot with our cars. Although we are not planning to buy another vehicle for a while, we plan on coming back to A.J and his team in the future. A.J really cares about putting his customers in vehicles that they need, and he really listens to want his customers wants. We took out Quest to Mexico and back with no problems at all, and our Passat is great in gas mileage..in addition to being THE BEST CAR EVER! Thank-you A.J for your great work in getting us in a reliable car. You and your team are amazing! Many people dread buying a car, but believe me, if you give A.J and his team a chance, they will make car buying a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. You won't regret it! More

Tina was very friendly and attentive. She kept me informed on the status of my vehicle while it was in for repair. There was a leak in a hose which was causing the light to come on but Tina also told me that I needed a new alternator which was covered under my warranty. The problem was resolved in a timely manner. The experience was very pleasant and I will be taking my other Nissan vehicle to the same location for service and for any other repairs. More

We told him that we were still deciding between a Honda, Toyota and the Nissan. He was one reason why we came back to buy the Nissan. We are very happy with our car! More
