High Temperture Day Cool Experience After doing a cursor search online I was given an appointment for the next week. Unfortunately it tuned out to be one of the hotter days in sacto. I wavered but took the two busses and walk to the very end of the auto mile anyway. Being a elder female looking for a car I felt the pressure on that walk. I stepped in those doors and felt cool, comfortable, and welcomed. Anthony introduced himself and listened to all my concerns without interruption. He assisted me with a smile the entire step answering all of my questions. I drove off the lot with a car, thinking "Such a professional young man, I will look for him in the future." I look outside and still smile even today. More

Buy back program On Aug. 2, 2015, I had received a phone call from Gardena Nissan (just outside of LA) from where I purchased my 2012 Sentra. The gentleman on the phon On Aug. 2, 2015, I had received a phone call from Gardena Nissan (just outside of LA) from where I purchased my 2012 Sentra. The gentleman on the phone stated that I was eligible for Nissan's buy back program. He further stated that if I brought my car into any Nissan dealership they would buy my car back from me and put me into an Altima for a cheaper monthly payment then what I'm paying now ($400). I told the gentleman that I live in Sacramento now and wouldn't be able to make to him. He stated, "No worries...you can go into any Nissan dealership and they will look you up and see that you're part of a selected few". On Aug. 5, 2015, I had an appointment with Laura. She was very professional, nice, and helpful. She showed me four or five cars and gave me a honest option on each. I mentioned to her that I was apart of the "Nissan buy back program". She said that she would let her manager know. When it came down to running number on two vehicles I was interested in (Altima, Rogue) the numbers were not coming back to my liking. Laura then went to management for assistance. Manger Sang came out and gave his sales pitch, which was subpar. I asked him multiple times about the buy back program. He ignored me. He appraised my car at $7000, so I asked him again, "Where am I at with the buy back program"? He declined to acknowledge my question. I asked him at what APR was the loan he was trying to get me into. Sang again ignored me. I felt disrespected by Sang and felt as though he profiled me. I've been around sales and know how sales work. I'm an educated man and couldn't believe how Sang treated me. To make matters worse.....a week or so later I started receiving denial letters from banks for which Sang attempted to get my loan approved for. The letters started coming in under the name of "Michael Cook". My name is Melvin Cook. I clearly wrote my name down for Laura and Laura knows my name. Just another example of how Sang was unprofessional and not paying attention to detail. More

We were surprised when Joshua Williams answered and was able to answer our questions. We drove 2.5 hours and bought the car from Joshua. We were so thankful that he and everyone else we dealt with was professional and exceptionally helpful. We had been to a couple other dealerships looking for cars and really appreciated the difference at Elk Grove Nissan. Thanks for making a very long day pleasant. If he has access to the next car we want, we would return to do business with Josh again. More
