No wonder you're feeling frustrated.  I wanted to confirm where your oil change was performed, was it in the Main Service Drive at Nissan or Infiniti, or did you have this service completed at our Quik Lube? We want to resolve this quickly for you, however, dealerrater.com is an anonymous website, and we don't have your name to reference your service records.  I've spoken to Rob Martinez, our service manager at Nissan, and he said he was availalble to assist.  His direct cell phone number is 916-919-0639.
