We currently just made arrangements to move, my fiance is starting school, and essentially a lot of life changes were happening. We wanted to find the best deal possible like anyone else keeping in mind fuel economy to help us put away money at the end of the day. Aivy was our Sales Representative and was exceptional from start to finish. Aivy was kind and easy to communicate with and asked us a lot of insightful questions that we hadn't put much thought to previously. Aivy was very knowledgeable and thorough in all of the things she explained to us. I felt like I was speaking with a friend I could trust and it was only our first time meeting her. Aivy was great at helping us weigh the Pro's and Con's of a New Car versus a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. She even went to the lengths of pulling up comparisons from other dealerships in the area to help us gain a better perspective at what we were going up against. As much as I know there is competition between dealerships, I felt that Aivy did this because she truly wanted us to get the best deal. Aivy even said to us, "If we do find a better deal for you out there, I would much rather you get that because it is all about my customer." It felt great to not just be another statistic in a sales environment, but instead, feel like we were working with someone who had out best interest truly at heart. Jambert in Financing was also very kind and knowledgeable. He broke down information precisely and explained everything to us clearly. The paperwork process was smooth sailing and very pleasant for us. We love our 2014 Nissan Sentra SL! It has the works and the experience would have not been the same without Aivy. average car buying experience I had a decent car buying experience here. We were handed off to Be after a few phone conversations with a different sales employee. Be was friendly and assisted us in the purchase of our vehicle. We were a little irritated about receiving false information over the phone by the previous associate. I wish the dealership could have done more to appease our frustrations, as we drove a long way specifically because of the false information. But having been to Folsom Nissan and Roseville Nissan, I would choose Elk Grove again. More
