I did not expect for the management team to reach out to me and apologize nor want to speak to me. I was resistant to contact the management team however Kristean really showed genuine concern so I called him Friday evening with no answer I figured I'd try one last time. Saturday afternoon we spoke and he was very understanding and apologetic he sympathized with me over my experience and really spoke highly about the dealership and truly cared to earn my business. I was hesitant but he reassured me I could work with another young lady there and she would make things right! After speaking with my husband we decided if they care that much to continually reach out to me and show genuine concern then this is a dealership who cares about its potential customers. Shay didn't respond to me, but the service dept. checked it out. They said they couldn't tell what was wrong, but it has had the problem again. I thought since it was certified by the dealership, that meant it was in running condition. The car is not a Nissan, but that is the only option this review page will allow. My car is a 2006 Pontiac G6. The price was $8,000, but after taxes fees and licensing it ended up being about $9,000. More

I thought lowering my car payment and getting better gas mileage would help so I decided to get some info at the dealership as I was already headed there for an oil change. Steven Wilcox was lucky to approach me first and helped me find my "little monster", aka my red 2015 Nissan Versa Note. He worked with my budget, got a good trade in value for my Rogue, took me on my test drive, and even got me Diet Coke (in a can). Lol I love my "little monster" and would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend.
