I appreciate you contacting me and I believe that your dealership has some honest employees as I have worked with one in the past. Both my sister and my co worker have purchased vehicles from your dealership recently and had nothing, but good things to say about the young lady I was referred too. However Mrs Briggs actions has really turned me off to Nissan of Elk Grove and my sister and co worker were also very surprised. I hope the owner and management team all consider the honesty of the employees they hire. Shay seemed like a nice young lady and I would have purchased had she not lied. I am currently work with a nearby Nissan dealer and will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope that in the future this does not happen to anyone else. I have heard nothing but great things from both my sister and co worker which is why I was referred to the young lady I had asked for. My main reason for posting my review was to simply warn potential buyers who come in contact with Mrs Briggs of her dishonesty. I had no idea I would receive a message from you or be asked to contact anyone from the dealership. I have no problem reaching out and speaking to any of you gentlemen, but would like to remain anonymous so that I am not further contacted by anyone else. I work evenings and unfortunately am not available during the day however I am available to speak on Saturday or Sunday evening since I am off both evenings. Thank you for taking out time on your day off to speak with me. As I explained on the phone the actions of Ms Briggs did concern me. I have been working with Sacramento Nissan, but since speaking with you and my husband I have decided to give Nissan of Elk Grove a second chance. I will contact the original young lady I had spoken to when I am ready to move forward and have time to come in. After our conversation I spoke to my husband about how highly you spoke about your dealership and although Shay had put a sour taste in my mouth I have realized it is not the dealerships fault that the employees it hires choose to make bad decisions. If it wasn't for you I would have taken my business elsewhere. Thank you for being so kind and for reassuring me that Elk Grove Nissan deserves my business.
