Reverse Camera When we test drove the car we ultimately ended up purchasing, the back up camera was not working. The service department at Nissan made sure to get us in to take care of the issue. It turns out the camera just wasn't hooked up, and they took extra measures to secure it so it couldn't happen again. :) More

Credit ran multiple times Hello all, I'll let you be the judge if this is a good or bad thing. So I went to the dealership Thursday night to see if Anthony could help get me i Hello all, I'll let you be the judge if this is a good or bad thing. So I went to the dealership Thursday night to see if Anthony could help get me into a vehicle with a trade in. He did a credit check and advised me the rate which was too high for me. So he advised me he would see what he could do in the morning I asked him would it be another credit check he advised me no. Something told me to call yesterday and tell him please make sure you don't run my credit again but I figured we discussed it the night before so I'll trust him. So this morning I decided to check my credit and guess what my credit has been ran close to 8 times causing my credit score to go down by 2 points. This is nevee ok and Anthony did not even call me to advised me my credit was ran. I will not come back to this dealership in the future. More

Best service department ever I broke down at 6pm on Tuesday 4/26. Dealing with roadside assistance with my insurance carrier was frustrating me. I called Nissan of Elk Grove dir I broke down at 6pm on Tuesday 4/26. Dealing with roadside assistance with my insurance carrier was frustrating me. I called Nissan of Elk Grove directly and after talking to Jasmine for a bit, Eric came on the phone. He talked me through what I should do and when that did not work they (Eric & Jasmine) came over where I was. He was able to get the car drivable and when I made it to the dealership Dustin in service was awaiting my arrival. Jasmine gave me a ride over to car rental and I was on my way in no time. They dealt directly with my insurance carrier who has my extended warrant and made my life so much easier. No breakdown is good but if I have to break down again I can only hope it is in close proximity to Elk Grove Nissan. More
