She truly went out of her way to find me a car that I would like and was in my price range. She was able to figure that out cause she actually listened to what I was wanting and THEN helped me find the right car. She did not give the car she wanted to sell she gave me exactly what I needed (and then some). Also she was so friendly and welcoming it put me at easy since I was nervous about coming to car lot by myself at night. She did great job! Unless you live in Elk Grove and want to buy locally, you will find through a little research that other Nissan dealers are more competitive in price than Elk Grove. Our salesmen, Khanh Ho and Blake Nero, were very friendly, but they were not the problem. While shopping other dealers, EG told us they price match and gave us a quote over the phone, including oil changes, to match their competitor’s offers, so we returned to EG. After shaking hands on the price match offer, and completing the initial paperwork, the General Sales Manager, Warren Santos, told our salesman to remove some of the oil changes. In short, Santos was content to see us walk out rather than honor the oil changes written into our agreement. Santos would never once come out to meet us. After getting the owner involved, and several phone calls, Nissan and I came to an agreement. My monthly lease payments were still slightly higher than my original agreement (and higher than quotes from other dealers), probably giving Santos what he wanted in the first place, but I was tired of going back and forth. EG then contended that the quotes I received were for a different car but they would not look at the quote sheets sent to me from the other dealers that would have proven it to be the same car. For the few dollars per month more in my payments, it was worth having unlimited use of their car wash, and not wasting more time. Had it not been for that, I would have bought my Nissan from Roseville, like I did in 2013, because Roseville and Sacramento are easier to deal with. More

We got a certificate from Truecar.com and headed down to the dealership. We scheduled our appt for 3:30 and were a little early. We were greeted promptly by Angelo. He was busy with another customer so he introduced us to Tim. We already new what car we wanted to look at and hopefully buy. We test drove the Sentra, which met all of our expectations and took it on a test drive. We walked around with Tim and looked at a few other cars, but eventually chose the Sentra. The price was unbeatable and even came in $300.00 less than what truecar had quoted. We NEVER had to haggle over the price. The small amount of haggling only came about with the payments and APR. We didn't have the best credit but Angelo and Tim made it work. We are very impressed with the service we got buying our first brand new car...only 14 miles on it when we bought it! More
