The manager checked me in the am..he honored the 25% birthday coupon, wrote it on the ticket, I had a xxxx of a time getting the female to apply it when I p/u the car. Additionally..he put down $25.00 to check the brakes and said it would be applied to the brake job if I did need brakes...she absolutely refused to apply this $25.00 towards the brake and rotar service until I threw a fit. Everyone was helpful in the process of buying the vehicle. However, the boys upstairs need to increase their pace because spending 3-4 hours in a dealership and then two more hours the next day is a vehicle. I called in and scheduled an oil service and the person scheduling set the appt for the wrong day. I am not sure if Tina documented the recurring tears in the convertible top as I asked but will find out soon enough. I would like to talk to someone regarding my convertible top tearing for the 2nd time in 2 years which I feel should be replaced despite being out of warranty...I think any one top should last at least the 3 years covered by warranty wether it was replaced 3 days before warranty expiration or 3 years. More
