I called the dealership first to see if they had the vehicles with the options that I wanted in stock before I drove all the way out to Elk Grove from Roseville. I spoke with Sohe Babakhani. I was a little wary giving her my contact information after a bad experience with the Nissan dealer in Davis that bordered on stalking. Sohe assured me that if she could not find what I wanted, she would not continue to call me. I felt comfortable enough to go ahead and drive out to the dealership and look around. Sohe listened to what I wanted and we settled on the Rogue and Murano to test drive. I like both cars for different reasons. She was patient and let me drive them both several times without any pressure to choose one. I finally settled on the Murano. One of the features that Sohe pointed out was the keyless door lock. If your hands were full, you didn't need the key to open the door. I thought it was kind of foofy at the time, but I LOVE that feature now. I really appreciate that there was no pressure to buy the car while I was there. I think that helped me to go ahead with the purchase. I have recommended Elk Grove Nissan to friends and coworkers because of the friendliness of Sohe and the other staff there. Sincerely, Linda Hundley P.S. After shopping around a bit, we visited Nissan of Elk Grove and we had an outstanding experience. We own an '04 Titan and had an Altima previously so we knew of the quality of Nissan's vehicles. Our salesman (who has a ridiculously awesome name) Maverick America was just what you hope for in a salesman. No pushy sales pitch, no haggling back and forth for hours and no cheesy lines. He was honest and straightforward and very thoughtful, as we had our 3 boys with us for the entire day. He even brought us and our boys pizza when lunchtime rolled around. Both myself and my wife were very impressed with Maverick and our entire experience. It was a breath of fresh air compared with other dealerships. We will definitely be coming to Nissan of Elk Grove for our future car purchases. More

My wife, Jami and I, recently purchased an Altima from Nissan of Elk Grove. We had the pleasure of working with Vince Hoang & Enith Camacho. Both, Vince & Enith. listened to what we wanted in a car, what we were willing to work with in order to make the deal and within 20 minutes of being on the lot, my wife and I were making a deal to purchase the car!!! Vince & Enith did an outstanding job and we are very impressed with them. Kudos to both of these wonderful employees. Also note that we had to replace a tire on our car due to a nail in the side tread that couldn't be repaired. That is when I worked with Cruz Solórzano. This young lady was so very helpful in doing all she could to make sure that our car was taken care of in a timely manner. She is very friendly and she is on top of her job!!! I ran in to Enith that day as well and she remembered my wife and I, which meant a lot. Joe Luiz has proven himself to me as someone whom I would go back to personally when it's time for us to renew our lease or purchase a Nissan Leaf three years from now. The most important thing for everyone to know is the professionalism from Joe did not end after the sale. It has endured post our purchase with Joseph. He has worked with us on two additional matters post our purchase. Even though there wasn't a sales incentive involved, Joe still went out of his way to ensure that the items were resolved.
