I made an appointment online to find that I didn't have an appointment. Apparently my automated appt wasn't manual listed onto their appt sheet. We picked up my car past and after paying for services, I assumed my car was fixed so I didn't check to see if it had been until the next morning, but low and behold it wasn't fixed at all. I called the next morning and to come in again. When picking up the car the 2nd time we'd talked to Danny Singh the tech who gave tips on how to prevent my problem. It doesn't work reliably so to this day I still have the problem. I'm reluctant to take my car back in and possible pay again for the time and effort for something they apparently don't have the expertise to fix. More
I noticed that the oil change showed my next visit should be at 73500 but I brought my car in at 70898. I felt like they were trying to get me to spend more $ sooner by bringing my car in earlier than neede be at 73500 but I brought my car in at 70898. Wehn I called, they said it should be every 3500 miles for an oil change but previously, they've been recommending 5000. I don't know why this happened. I felt taken. More
Car was scratched on the door and had to be fixed. Once the complaint was brought to personnel on staff, car was taken and repaired as they were minor scratches. Since this last service, brake light wil the complaint was brought to personnel on staff, car was taken and repaired as they were minor scratches. Since this last service, brake light will come on when car accelerated from stopped position. A different sound comes from the wheels now from before the reapair (the car only has 30K). When windshield wipers were replaced, it was not replaced with the stock model. A more inexpensive one was replaced instead. Thank you for your consideration. More

I had a wonderful experience with Mike. He was responsive to my needs and questions. I was happy with the level of service he provided. After dealing with previous car experiences at this Nissan, I finally h to my needs and questions. I was happy with the level of service he provided. After dealing with previous car experiences at this Nissan, I finally had a great level of comfort. He called me in a timely manner to discuss issues with my car and gave me options. He also assisted me with purchasing an extended warranty. I felt my car was in good hands. When I get my car back from Nissan, it is not always that clean. The courtesy car experience was my biggest problem.
