I purchased my Nissan Altima in 2005. The salesperson was great and I felt confident in my purchase. I have great appreciation for service I continue to receive these past four years. Kush and his team at the Quick Lube are wonderful, and the whole team in Service and Parts Department are helpful. Recently someone hit my car, and today I took it to the collision center on Florin Road. George and his team were equally as amazing as the rest of Nissan of Elk Grove. I will be in the the market for an additional car within the next year, and will be purchase it from Nissan of Elk Grove again. I am confident they will take care of my needs in the same manner as the previous four years. Everyone should stop by this dealership and enjoy the service provided by the staff. More

Unlike Toyota of Elk Grove who asked us if were buying the car or not, that was a bad presentation of the sale guy! Huy Ngo who we knew from a friend and spoke highly of him. We met in September of 2008 and wanted to buy at that time but we did not have enough money for a down payment. He told me when I'm ready he'll be there rain or shine. Behold! Huy was not working on December 24 2008 but he came in and help us with the price. Khan Ho was also there to greet and meet us. All three sales representative was ready and on hand, I enjoy those kind of services. The quick lube department was very professional when I did my first 3700 miles oil change. He is the reason I made Nissan of Elk Grove my first stop (and thankfully the only one!) when customer service for all of my car's maintenance needs. He, along with Finance Director Dave Lewis (who is also great to work with and has a wonderful manner), made the process flow smoothly and quickly. This was a very different experience than I have had at other dealerships - extremely pleasant and stress free. Upon entering the service department, I immediately noticed the cleanliness of the operation. I was impressed with the fast and courteous treatment I received. I was very appreciative that the service representative identified the recall item, and advised me of such. I received a call later in the afternoon, noting that the warranty work was completed, however, action needed to be taken in regards to the recall item. I was provided a clean rental vehicle for the evening and next day, at no cost to me, due to the extended period of time the repair took to accomplish. When I received my truck, the interior and exterior were cleaned and polished. Nice job!! No "messy leftovers" - very professional. All in all, my experience was great. I purchased my 08 Altima in Feb 08. It was my 2nd purchase in 3 years. My husband and I purchased a Titan in 05. I purchased a Murano in 04 at another local dealer and it was a horrible experience; I purchase in 3 years. My husband and I purchased a Titan in 05. I happened to bump into a Nissan rep on my way out of that dealership and told him about my experience. He suggested that 'next time' I go to Elk Grove Nissan as they had a good reputation. When it was time to get a new car, I did a lot of research and worked with Rosie in their internet sales department (which is the ONLY way to go, in my humble opinion). She was extremely patient with me as I wavered between two models, colors, accessories until I thought I'd drive her crazy. But she didn't back down and continued to help me until I drove off the lot in a car I LOVE. My next purchase will also be a Nissan, and ONLY from Elk Grove Nissan. Their staff are professional and helpful, and I'm amazed that many of the staff my husband and I worked with in 2005 were still there to help us in 2008! I also take my Altima there to be serviced and they are THEE best. Their operation is smooth and the get you in and out as quickly as possible. And most importantly they are patient with somewhat clueless car owners, like me. More
