ALL THE STAFF WHO WERE INVOLVED WITH MY RECENT SERVICE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. HOWEVER, I HAVE ONE SMALL CONCERN ABOUT MY VEHICLE THAT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF ON MY NEXT SERVICE. THAT ISSUE WAS ADD WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. HOWEVER, I HAVE ONE SMALL CONCERN ABOUT MY VEHICLE THAT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF ON MY NEXT SERVICE. THAT ISSUE WAS ADDRESSED WHEN I HAD THE LAST SERVICE PERFORMED, IT HAD TO DO WITH A PREVIOUS SERVICE THAT WAS PERFORMED ON MY NEW VEHICLE BUT NOT FINISHED CORRECTLY. IT HAD TO DO WITH THE FRONT BUMPER RAISING UP WHERE IT METS THE FRONT FENDER A CLIP OR FASTNER WAS INADVERTENTLY LEFT OUT. ALSO A PART WAS ORDERED FOR THE INTERIOR SEAT BACK AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THE PARTS DEPARTMENT ABOUT IT AND IF THEY COULD JUST SEND IT TO ME AND I WILL INSTALL IT. More
I was greeted when I pulled up, told to leave the key in the car and have a seat in the waiting room. I appreciated that I was asked if I wanted the car driven through the car wash upon completion of the se the car and have a seat in the waiting room. Extremely helpful guy who answered all my questions and gave excellent advice for the best maintainance of my 2007 Murano. I am embarassed I don't recall his name. (His family owned property in Oregon and it was nice to have social exchange a bit while ordering repair work!) As alsways both John and Cruz were very helpful in understanding what I needed done. I especially loved the buy 3 and get the 4th for $1 tire coupon I got. It came at the perfect time. The car was clean when the service was complete and on time. I am still a bit concerned with the engine noise I've experienced from the first day I got the car. I have been putting in the recommended mid-grade gas, but it doesn't seem to help. I there anything else I can do? Has there been some sort of recall on the engine valves? Thank you, Christian More

I took my truck in for it's 90K service as recommended by the dealership. The service advisor who took my truck in neglected to tell me I should have a coupon for 15% off which would have saved me well over the dealership. The service advisor who took my truck in neglected to tell me I should have a coupon for 15% off which would have saved me well over $100. Part of the service was a radiator flush. After the service was done I was using my truck and it overheated numerous times so I had to take it back in where the dealership found out there was an "obstruction" in the radiator and they had to replace the radiator and the thermostat. Even though the work was on warranty it was still very annoying to have to take the truck in AGAIN for service for something that had been working just fine up to the service work being done. The service advisor's flippant remark that he waived the $50 deductible for me was totally off track as I personally feel when the mechanics break something that was working before the truck was brought in that recompense or at least an apology should be administered instead of an offhand 'Oh, we won't make you pay for our mistake'. More
