We drove from Lodi to Elk Grove for a couple differnt reasons. 1- I wanted to purchase a billet grille for your parts department. We stood there at the parts counter for about 5 minutes with sales peop reasons. 1- I wanted to purchase a billet grille for your parts department. We stood there at the parts counter for about 5 minutes with sales people walking by constantly, but no parts person behind the counter. You would think that someone would have noticed us there and made sure to get a parts attendant at the counter to help us. Finally I ended up walking over to the information gal to ask and as I got there the parts guy showed up. Other than that, he was very polite and helpful. 2- I wanted ti get my car washed, however the carwash was not operating due to the water being turned off. last- I was hoping to get my car's oil changed if in fact I was able to without making an appointment. I am glad to say that your quick lube department was open and they did service my vehicle. More
I wish Michael Burke ran the show down there. I never had a problem at this dealership until today. I went in for a simply oil change/tire rotation and a minor seat problem. I wasn’t greeted upon arrival and a problem at this dealership until today. I went in for a simply oil change/tire rotation and a minor seat problem. I wasn’t greeted upon arrival and when Tina Long got to me, she made me wait even longer outside. She was rude and had a “you need me more than I need you” attitude. What she didn’t realize, is that I drove 50 miles round trip. I decided to take my vehicle to Nissan of Elk Grove for customer loyalty because I purchased my vehicle there. After dealing with her pretentious attitude, she told me it would be a 3-hour wait for the OIL CHANGE. She told me she “wasn’t a technician” and couldn’t give me a time frame if the seat was only fixed. I asked if I could have a rental car and she told me they only give them out if the part isn’t available or if I had a “rental coupon”. I told Tina that I was never given coupons when I purchased my vehicle, but she didn’t care at all. I advised her to cancel the oil change/tire rotation because I didn’t have 3 hours to waste on my day off. I also didn’t want to give Nissan of Elk Grove one more penny of my money. She showed no interest in retaining my business and treated me like they were my only option for service. I will not be going back and don’t recommend this service department at all. More
Price was out of line for just changing 2 sensors (Crankshaft and Cam) which for the 2003 Altima should have been done free as Nissan should have had a recall on the sensors. There are hundreds of in (Crankshaft and Cam) which for the 2003 Altima should have been done free as Nissan should have had a recall on the sensors. There are hundreds of internet complaints regarding these sensors failing with no comment from Nissan except re-programing the ECM which does not solve the problem. More
I purchased my Max 10 Sept 04 from this dealership. During the entire 5 years the service continues to be excellent. I have never had the need to have any other dealership work on my car. Quality of work: Had four new tires installed. My rims now have a black streak around the edges that I cannot remove. They were not like that before car came in. My car was in the shop for seven days whi now have a black streak around the edges that I cannot remove. They were not like that before car came in. Cruz offered WONDERFUL customer service and I would like to deal with her everytime i come into the dealership from now on. She was always in contact with me and worked with me for the entire time my car w to deal with her everytime i come into the dealership from now on. She was always in contact with me and worked with me for the entire time my car was being worked on And as a woman I really appreciated her explaining everything to me without it going over my head. When I walked into the service department I was pleased at how quick and attentive the staff was, a female employee named Cruz had me sit down at her desk and made sure that my vehicle was placed in servic at how quick and attentive the staff was, a female employee named Cruz had me sit down at her desk and made sure that my vehicle was placed in service. However I was kept waiting for a long time, and when i was told my vehicle was almost ready, i noticed that it was sitting unattended with other cars that were also done. I inspected my truck and realized that the interior had not been vacuumed, which was part of the package I was buying. After almost 25 more minutes i was told that the vehicle wasn't done yet even though i could see it, and then I was told the paperwork was not yet finished. I had drawn a prize from the easter eggs that gave me $15 off my total price but when I finally went over the paperwork and payed for the vehicle the amount taken off was $10. I suggested that it should be $15 but didn't wish to argue if it was going to mean I would have to wait longer. Over all the staff was friendly, but I feel like i got taken. It was clear that the wash was rushed and the inside of the car had clearly not been vacuumed. It seemed like a lot to pay for just an oil change. More
I brought my car in at 7 am, and cruz arranged for a loaner car for me right away. She expedited my service, because I'm from out of town and needed to be home at a certain time. She called my cell phon loaner car for me right away. She expedited my service, because I'm from out of town and needed to be home at a certain time. She called my cell phone and let me know my car would be done within an hour of her call, so I could make my way back to the dealership. I was at the oil change location for an hour or more. It was a really long time, just for an oil change. However, I do like the service people.
